ESG Interim Management (ESGIM) — who are we?

In brief

ESG Interim Management, or ESGIM, is a Belgian collective of interim managers specialised in sustainability. We take charge of a company's EcoVadis journey end to end, the way an interim manager takes charge of a business unit: on site, with the teams, through to the agreed result. Our scope is deliberately narrow — very small (XS) and small (S) companies, in Belgium and the Benelux — because that is where the gap between what is done and what is proven is widest.

What does ESGIM actually do?

Three things, in this order. We audit the gap between the company's real situation and what EcoVadis expects. We build what is missing: policies, measures, indicators, registers, documentary evidence. We submit the questionnaire and follow the assessment through to the agreed level.

What sets us apart fits in one sentence: the final instalment is due only if the agreed level is reached.

Who do we work for?

Companies of fewer than a hundred people that receive an EcoVadis request from a large customer, want to move up a medal, or have just been downgraded. Most frequent sectors: manufacturing, chemicals, printing, special building techniques, transport and logistics, food.

Where do we operate?

In Belgium — Wallonia, Flanders and Brussels — and across the Benelux. Deliverables are produced in French, Belgian Dutch or English, depending on the client's working language.

ESG INTERIM MANAGEMENT (ESGIM) is a trademark, not a company. The mark is registered with the Benelux Office for Intellectual Property by IMAGINATION@WORK SRL, which is the contracting legal entity.

IMAGINATION@WORK SRL is therefore the entity that contracts, invoices and bears liability; ESGIM is the name the practice trades and publishes under.
