Full EcoVadis support: from audit to the agreed medal

The problem it solves

Your company faces an EcoVadis assessment — a first request from a large customer (S3), a downgrade to recover from (S2), or a medal to move up (S1) — and has neither the time nor the internal resources to run it properly.

What the service is

End-to-end support: audit of your current position, action plan, creation of the documents and evidence, submission of the questionnaire, and follow-through up to the agreed level (Bronze or Silver). Not remote advice: a seasoned ESGIM expert works on-site, alongside your teams, as an interim manager.

Gap audit against your (previous) scorecard and the activated criteria
Prioritised action plan the company can actually commit to
Policies, procedures and evidence documents, created with each department
Questionnaire completed and submitted on the EcoVadis platform
The agreed medal — or continued support at no further cost through to the next assessment 12 months later

Duration and price

Two to four months. €7,500 to €12,000 excl. 21% VAT depending on size (XS/S) and situation (S1/S2/S3) — the full grid and the three-instalment schedule are in the pricing sheet.
