Bio
An engineer by training, François built an international career across several technical sectors and in very different configurations: growth, restructuring, post-acquisition, in Belgium and abroad. He notably ran subsidiaries for fifteen years, with full responsibility for P&L and teams.
That experience as a boss is what makes EcoVadis support useful rather than theoretical. A managing director knows what a company can actually commit to: the balance between long-term objectives and the budgeted actions that can start this quarter without putting operations under strain.
General management also gives a 360° view of the company — precisely what an EcoVadis assessment demands. Environment maps to production and processes, the home ground of his engineering training.
