How do we proceed with a reassessment?

When your scorecard approaches expiry, EcoVadis notifies you to initiate a new cycle. The process follows the same sequence: complete the questionnaire, upload updated evidence, submit. Importantly, reassessments can be easier than first assessments: some answers are pre-filled from your previous responses, and all previously submitted documents remain accessible in the Document Library without counting against your new 55-document quota.

The practical focus: review the pre-filled answers, update any expired or outdated policies and KPIs, add fresh evidence, and address open corrective action plan items. A structured gap analysis before submission is strongly recommended over simply relying on what was pre-filled.
